On basic principle of the hacker ethic is decentralization. So please don’t use all the same server. Only one server can easily be monitored or censored, by taking down the server.
The CCC temporary disconnected their Jabber server, to set a sign for the centralization problem.

It is very important to hide your IP, when you are surfing. Your IP will be logged from the most servers and this log files can be checked by the FBI. So they can find out, which user made which posts.
